Latin Jam™ is one of the easiest aerobic exercises, and can be enjoyed by people of all ages, both men and women.

Development of dance skills and coordination

Participants will improve with every Latin Jam class session. They do not need to be exceptionally coordinated or have balance in order to get the most out of their exercise program.

Cardiovascular and Other Health Benefits

Latin Jam™, like any recreational physical activity, improves the health of whoever practices it. It works on the cardiovascular system and metabolism, which contributes to the decrease of body weight due to the intensity of the exercise.

THE LATIN JAM INSTRUCTORS

The Latin Jam™ Instructors are people who are educated, approved and trained in how to lead a Latin Jam™ class; Since such classes can include many people with different experience levels, you must know how to adjust the intensity of the workout to fit each person's needs. He or she also must be well-versed in proper workout form and how to set an exercise routine to music.

CONTINUE EDUCATION

We provide on-going guidance and assistance to all certified instructors looking to teach classes in gyms and studios; personal marketing material, job-interview tips and additional information will be provided.

MUSIC

Latin Jam™ Mega Mixes are proprietary music mixes specially created for the sole use in any Latin Jam™ class, Latin Jam™ have an aerobic foundation and are created with the musical criteria aforementioned.

CLASSES

Latin Jam™ is an easy, fun, effective and save workout. Also, our classes are generally intense. While people are allowed to take breaks throughout the class whenever needed, since the Latin Jam™ music format never stops.

CHOREOGRAPHY

The design choreography of Latin Jam™ are formed around each element of the song (music) structure (i.e. intro, chorus, gap, etc.). Therefore, each choreographed routine is methodically structured; this provides an opportunity to teach a dynamic, unique, and well-balanced workout routine every time.
