Using a traditional Aerobic style as a foundation and adding high energy choreography, Latin Jam™ creates a unique and intense workout program that gives each student a complete full body workout, while providing the opportunity to express themselves through dance. Latin Jam Kids
Is the newly developed form of exercise for children based on a healthy reinterpretation of aerobics. The principles of aerobics for kids have been developed in cooperation with pediatricians, paying close attention to the needs of growing children. Presented by trained instructors, aerobics for kids is one of the healthiest sporting activities for children. It promotes flexibility, strength, and agility leading to improve body-control and by developing the child's physical and psychological abilities. It also can help prevent illnesses and helps control obesity.

Move towards a more vibrant natural health! Latin Jam Lite® is a safe low impact class with music and fun! Students will improve their mood, burn fat; strengthen their muscles, bones, and heart, while also improving their endurance, stamina, and brain health.
Latin Jam Lite® has 2 levels so you can choose which one is right for the class you are going to lead. The second half of the class includes stretching, strengthening, and guided relaxation to release stress.
